The book records the unveiling of Summers’s memorial stone at Richmond Cemetery on 26 November 1988 and includes Sewell’s “Montague Summers: An Anniversary Appraisal,” originally published in Lodestar.
Contents include: Introduction; The Unveiling; Dedicatory Prayer; In Memory of Wrenne Jarman; Montague Summers: An Anniversary Appraisal; List of Donors. Illustrated with a frontispiece photograph of the memorial stone and two further illustrations.

Michael Seymour Gerveys Sewell (30 July 1912 – 2 April 2000), usually now known by his religious name Brocard Sewell, was a British Carmelite friar and literary figure.
